Pragma's permission model is intentionally simple — no custom roles, no granular toggles. Everyone knows exactly what they can do.
The founding user. Full control over the organization, members, and tasks. Cannot be demoted or removed.
Promoted by the org admin. Can create, edit, reorder, and delete tasks. Can manage invites.
Read access to all tasks. Can open task panels and track progress. Cannot create or modify tasks.
Pricing
You only pay for admins who create and manage work. Everyone else can view and track at no cost.
